Hi Anthony! Thank you for reading and sharing your perspective. Generally if you seek help from a qualified mental health professional, they can direct you to support groups that may be specific towards BPD or other serious mental illness, depending on where you're located. 12-step groups like Al-Anon have free meetings available to anyone that can help us learn to detach from other people's emotions and begin to set healthy boundaries.
